The plan points out that it supports the high-quality development and market-oriented operation of new energy storage. For new user-side energy storage projects with advanced technology and industrial drive, and provide high-quality solutions for typical application scenarios (projects should be put into operation from 2024 to 2026, installed capacity is not less than 1MWh, full capacity discharge time is not less than 2h, and annual charge and discharge times are not less than 450 times), According to the installed capacity of the project, the incentive support of 200 yuan/KWH will be given in 3 years, and the maximum of a single project will not exceed 5 million yuan.

For users with high power loads such as high-end equipment manufacturing, biomedicine, integrated circuits, data centers, and communication base stations, new energy storage facilities are configured according to power capacity requirements to reduce electricity costs. For users with high power quality requirements, pilot the construction of lithium-ion batteries, explore the construction of new energy storage such as hydrogen fuel cells, and improve the ability to ensure electricity.

Support the effective breakthrough of key core technologies and disruptive technologies in the new energy storage industry. According to the proportion of 10%-30% of the new investment in the project, the support amount of general projects does not exceed 10 million yuan, the support amount of key projects does not exceed 30 million yuan, and the support amount of major breakthrough and disruptive technology projects does not exceed 50 million yuan.

Support the new energy storage industry major technical equipment and core components to achieve the first (set, batch) breakthrough. For the project rated as the first international equipment, the maximum support is 20% of the contract amount, and the amount does not exceed 30 million yuan; For the project rated as the first domestic equipment, the maximum support is carried out according to the proportion of 10% of the contract amount, and the amount does not exceed 20 million yuan.

This scheme will be implemented from March 10, 2024 and will be valid until December 31, 2026.
